Registered Massage Therapist
Liam believes that the key to good health is a holistic approach. Every facet of one’s life can affect the others. The mind controls the body, the body affects the mind - which in turn causes further change in the body - repeating in cycles and creating imbalance. As a graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, Liam studied more than simple physiology and massage techniques - specializing in scar tissue development, natal growth, and the nervous system. Liam takes an integrative medical approach to massage, combining Swedish and myo-fascial techniques with stretching, movement, and exercises gleaned from his years as a stage performer to create treatment plans based on the specific needs of each client. Liam provides education and encouragement, rooted in understanding.

Thai Massage Practitioner
Krystal began her study of Thai Massage in 2012 with Shai Polonski, former student of Cam Thye Chow who is credited as one of the first instructors to introduce Thai Massage to Canada. She continued to practice and study with the International Massage School in Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand, eventually becoming accredited as a certified teacher. Still excited to learn more, Krystal then went on to study with renowned blind Master Sinchai Sukparsert and then became initiated and certified in Yam Khang (fire foot therapy) with Master Moh Bunchu Chuntrabut (Master Boonchu), rooted in Northern Thailand’s Shamanic and Alchemical tradition.
Krystal has gained a well-rounded knowledge of various Thai Massage styles, techniques and spiritual practices that influence her approach. Her aim is to treat the body as a whole. By going beyond the physical body and looking at the bigger picture one can see how the mental processes, physical processes and spirit connect to create a being as a whole in relation to life and how to balance and foster great health and prosperity for all.
